Energy Efficient

Using energy-efficient materials is at the forefront of every home we build.

Energy efficiency and quality start from the ground up. Each of our homes has an engineered foundation which means an engineer draws up the slab.

Zip or radiant barrier exterior and/or synthetic vapor barrier house wrap is used for exterior sheathing. We encapsulate the home with energy spray foam insulation. The windows have low E glass, which is energy efficient because it reflects heat.

Gas tankless water heaters keep hot water at the ready while preserving energy by only heating water when it is needed. Tankless water heaters also offer protection against freezing. On the roof are lifetime dimensional shingles.

Professional Interior Design

An interior designer designs each home, so each has a unique flare. The designer chooses the color scheme and complementary materials and fixtures to flow with the home's overall look. Flooring material has a substantial impact on the feel of each room. Common choices include hardwood, tile, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, and stained concrete. We make connecting with family and friends easy with our open concept floor plans. The spacious living area combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all conveniently adjoined. The living area features a propane gas fireplace with a masonry surround for fire protection. The fireplace has style and finishes in keeping with the rest of the house design.

A stunning island is the centerpiece of the kitchen. For those mega-celebration hosts, two kitchen islands are an option. The custom kitchen will include any number of amenities and fixtures that you choose. Common choices include gas cooktop, double ovens, walk-in pantry, custom cabinets, modern color palettes, painted shaker style cabinets, quartz countertops, crown molding, custom vent hood cabinet, and LED lighted vent hood insert.
